The bonus is that it is in the comfort of your own home and I come to you each week. Giving your body and budget a much needed break! We can set up this class to be one day per week for 2-4 weeks.

 

For a group class (3 or more couples) childbirth education class complete with:

Pregnancy Nutrition

Pain-coping techniques

Labor positions

and MORE!

 

= $150

 

A group class is wonderful in that you can meet other couples who are in the same stage as you are and have that support! Plus it's fun to learn about birth all together! These classes are held at Blossom Birthing Center in Phoenix on Tuesday evenings and are 2-4 weeks long as well.

 

Are you interested in having a doula at your birth, after the baby, or both?

 

For Doula support complete with:

 

Free initial consultation

2 prenatal meetings

1 specialized childbirth class lasting 2-3 hours

Up to 18 hours of labor support ($25 an hour for each additional hour)

1 meeting postpartum for emotional and breastfeeding support

For Postpartum Doula support complete with:
